Double Under Jump Rope Shipping and Returns Policies

Payment

 - Double Under Jump Rope accepts payments through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Packages will NOT be sent until the payment has been received. Customers are obliged to pay within three days of placing the order.

 

If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.

 

Shipping



All orders will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of payment. All packages will be sent via Royal Mail. When shipping overseas, customs can delay packages but hasn’t happened to date. All orders are sent via standard mail, unless noted otherwise. Notify the seller prior to making the purchase, if priority or first class mail is preferred.

If the shipping address is different from the address provided through PayPal, please contact the seller prior to payment.

Refunds and Exchanges



Please find outlined below, our policy in relation to returns of unwanted or damaged item(s). You will also find information relating to the return of item(s) due to the provision of insufficient address information or an absent delivery.

None of the below affects your statutory rights. 

On receipt of the product we will start processing the refund. Any subsequent refund will be processed as soon as possible, but please allow up to 10 working days.

Damaged Items

If you receive your order and any of the item(s) are damaged, you must notify us by email within 48 hours from when the delivery of said item(s) took place.

We will likely request photographic proof of the damage as this will enable us to log a claim with the delivery company and have your damaged item(s) replaced as soon as possible.

We may need to collect the damaged item(s) from the delivery address, or on occasion may ask that you return them to us, for which you will be reimbursed. Please do not return damaged items without prior authorisation.

We are unable to refund, credit or exchange any damaged item(s) until proof of damage has been verified.

Insufficient Addresses

If your order is returned to us due to you providing insufficient or incorrect address details, there will be a minimum £5.00 redelivery charge, depending upon your exact delivery location. There may also be a further cost charged to you for the return of the item, dependent on the courier.

Absent Deliveries

If your order is returned to us due to nobody being present at the specified delivery address upon delivery (with the parcel not being subsequently delivered on secondary or further delivery attempts, or being collected from their depot) there will be a minimum £5.00 redelivery charge, depending upon your exact delivery location. There may also be a further cost charged to you for the return of the item, dependent on the courier.
